We make no guarantee, representation, or warranty that use of the Website or participation in any program will produce any specific business, financial, personal, or professional result.
Any examples, case references, testimonials, stories, user comments, screenshots, illustrations, or scenarios are provided for informational context only and must not be interpreted as typical, expected, or guaranteed results.
6. Website Access and Availability

You agree to:
provide accurate, current, and complete information;

You are responsible for all activity under your account. We may suspend, disable, or terminate credentials at any time in our sole discretion.
8. Purchases Through the Website
All purchases made through the Website are voluntary.
By purchasing through the Website, you agree:
to provide accurate and complete payment information;
to remain financially responsible for all charges you authorize;
that we may suspend or withhold access if payment is declined, reversed, disputed, or incomplete.
Certain purchases may be offered as pay-in-full or payment plan options. By selecting a payment plan, you authorize us and our payment processors to charge your payment method according to the schedule presented at checkout until the total amount owed is paid in full.
9. Expert Freedom Program Structure
Expert Freedom is a program that may include digital curriculum, community access, coaching access, templates, support materials, and optional upgrades.
Program materials, module names, support structure, coaches, call names, call frequency, platform layout, and included resources may change from time to time in our discretion.
We may update, replace, reorganize, rename, remove, expand, or refine curriculum, modules, community features, calls, templates, or delivery methods without notice, provided the overall educational nature of the program is maintained.
10. Term of Access for Expert Freedom
Unless otherwise expressly stated in writing, access to Expert Freedom begins on the date of purchase.
Your access continues for twelve (12) months to the day from your purchase date (“Program Term”).
At the end of the Program Term, your access to the following ends unless you renew:
the Expert Freedom program area;
the Expert Freedom community;
recurring live coaching calls associated with Expert Freedom;
ongoing access to active-member coaching and support features.
There is no grace period following expiration of the Program Term.
11. Renewal
Renewal is optional. If we offer you a renewal opportunity, renewal will provide an additional twelve (12) months of access to the Expert Freedom digital curriculum, coaching ecosystem, and ongoing access to the private Expert Freedom community, subject to the renewal terms in effect at that time.
Renewal pricing may change and will be communicated at the time of renewal.
If you do not renew by the end of your Program Term, you may be moved to the Abundant Consultant Community under our then-current alumni structure.
12. Alumni Transition
After the Program Term ends, non-renewing members may be transitioned into the Abundant Consultant Community or another designated alumni environment.
Alumni access does not include continued access to the active Expert Freedom program, active-member coaching ecosystem, or active Expert Freedom community unless we expressly state otherwise in writing.
13. Legacy Fractional Freedom Members
If you are a legacy Fractional Freedom purchaser:
you retain access only to what you originally purchased;
active members whose original term has not ended may be given temporary access to certain Expert Freedom features during their active term;
such temporary access does not create any permanent right to Expert Freedom access after the original term ends;
alumni migration rules may apply to both legacy Fractional Freedom members and Expert Freedom members.
Questions regarding grandfathering, migration, or support-related transition matters may be directed to admin@joybrandcreative.com.
14. VIP Upgrade Terms
Participants may be offered a VIP upgrade. If purchased, VIP may include:
six (6) one-on-one coaching calls with Jennifer Vollmann;
access to exclusive monthly VIP group calls with Laura Meyer;
access to exclusive VIP modules or VIP resources.
A VIP upgrade does not extend, reset, pause, or modify your original Program Term.
All VIP access ends on the same expiration date as your underlying Expert Freedom membership unless we expressly state otherwise in writing.
Unused VIP calls, sessions, or access expire at the end of your Program Term unless otherwise stated in writing.
15. Refund Policy
If you decide that Expert Freedom was not the right fit for you or your business, you may request a refund within thirty (30) days of your date of purchase by emailing admin@joybrandcreative.com no later than 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on the 30th day following your purchase.
To be considered for a refund, you must submit your refund request together with all required coursework listed below. If you request a refund but do not include the complete required coursework by the 30th day, your refund request will not be granted.
All refunds are discretionary and determined by Expert Freedom.
To be eligible for consideration, your refund request must include all of the following:
Proof that you attended a month of live Q&A session or equivalent live coaching sessions;
Proof of active participation in the community, including at least three posts or comments, excluding your personal introduction;
A live link to your business Facebook page, the website provided or business Instagram account that reflects your advisory business;
Your list of fifty (50) potential clients and proof, through screenshots or PDFs, that you reached out to them;
A written explanation of why Expert Freedom was not a good fit for you and what you expected that you did not receive once inside the program.
We do not provide refunds more than thirty (30) days after the date of purchase.
After day 30, all payments are non-refundable, and you remain responsible for full payment of all program fees regardless of your level of participation, completion, attendance, usage, or implementation.
If you selected a payment plan and you do not request a refund within the 30-day period, or you do not submit the complete required coursework described above by the 30th day, you remain responsible for completing all remaining payments on your payment plan.
16. Failed Payments; Suspension of Access
If we attempt to process a scheduled payment and the payment fails, we may issue an invoice for the entire remaining balance, which will be due within thirty (30) days.
If that invoice is not paid when due, we reserve the right to refer the unpaid balance to a collections agency or pursue any other remedy available by law.
If at any time you remove your credit card or payment method information and do not replace it with updated payment information within twenty-four (24) hours, we may remove you from private groups, communities, calls, and program access areas and issue an invoice for the entire remaining balance, due within thirty (30) days.
If that invoice is not paid when due, we reserve the right to refer the unpaid balance to a collections agency or pursue any other remedy available by law.
If you enroll using a payment plan, you authorize our continued access to the payment information stored by our third-party payment processor for purposes of processing your scheduled payments until your payment plan has been completed in full, as set forth in the purchase terms you accepted at checkout.
If payments are not made on time, you agree to pay interest on all past-due amounts at the rate of 1.5% per month or the maximum rate permitted by applicable law, whichever is lower.
17. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Because these Terms include a clear Refund Policy that you agree to before completing your purchase, we do not accept chargeback threats or improper chargebacks.
If a chargeback is initiated on your purchase, or if we receive a chargeback threat during or after your purchase, we reserve the right to:
suspend or terminate your access to Expert Freedom and any related materials, communities, calls, bonuses, or resources;
submit these Terms, your accepted purchase terms, and evidence of your access and participation to the payment processor or financial institution reviewing the dispute;
seek recovery of the disputed amount and any associated costs to the fullest extent permitted by law;
revoke any bonuses, extra materials, or additional access provided in connection with your purchase;
report chargeback activity where legally permitted.

misuse community access for unrelated promotion or lead harvesting.
We may remove content, restrict participation, suspend access, or terminate accounts if we determine, in our sole discretion, that your conduct is inappropriate or inconsistent with these Terms.
20. Confidentiality and Private Community Expectations
Because Expert Freedom may include live coaching, private communities, and member discussions, you agree to treat non-public information shared within those spaces responsibly.
You may not disclose, distribute, publish, or exploit:
private member information;
confidential business information shared by other members;

If you send us feedback, comments, suggestions, testimonials, reviews, community posts, or other submissions, you represent that you have the right to share them.
You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, display, publish, and distribute those submissions for lawful business purposes, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
However, we may choose not to use any submission, and we may remove or decline to publish any testimonial, review, or story in our discretion.
Nothing in this section requires us to use any testimonial or success story in marketing, and any such use remains subject to our compliance standards and applicable law.
22. Third-Party Platforms and Tools
The Website and services may rely on third-party providers, including payment processors, email systems, website hosts, video platforms, scheduling tools, community platforms, and software providers.
We are not responsible for the performance, availability, policies, or actions of third-party services.
Your use of third-party platforms may also be subject to the terms and policies of those providers.
23. No Professional Relationship
Your use of the Website and participation in any Expert Freedom offer does not create any employment, partnership, agency, fiduciary, therapist-client, attorney-client, accountant-client, or other professional relationship between you and us.
24. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Website and all content, products, services, communities, calls, materials, and resources are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law.
We disclaim all warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, or availability.
25. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we and our owners, officers, directors, employees, contractors, affiliates, agents, licensors, successors, and assigns will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Website or services.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Website or services will not exceed the lesser of:
the amount you paid to us for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim, or
five hundred U.S. dollars (US $500), if no purchase was made.
26. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless us and our owners, officers, directors, employees, contractors, affiliates, agents, licensors, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or related to:
your use of the Website;
your violation of these Terms;
your conduct in any community or call;
your infringement of any third-party right;
your violation of any law or regulation;
content or materials you submit through the Website or related platforms.
27. Termination and Suspension
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Website, programs, communities, or services at any time, with or without notice, in our sole discretion, including if:
you violate these Terms;
your payment is delinquent or disputed;
your conduct is harmful to other members, staff, or the community;
we discontinue or restructure an offer.
Termination or suspension does not eliminate your obligation to pay amounts already owed under accepted payment terms.
28. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time in our sole discretion. Any changes become effective upon posting unless otherwise stated.
Your continued use of the Website or services after updated Terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
29. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.
30. Dispute Resolution
Before starting any formal legal proceeding, you agree to first send written notice of the dispute to admin@joybrandcreative.com and allow at least thirty (30) days for informal resolution.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it will be resolved by binding arbitration before a single arbitrator under the applicable rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that we may seek injunctive relief, intellectual property protection, collection remedies, or other relief permitted by law in a court of competent jurisdiction.
Any court proceeding permitted under these Terms must be brought in the state or federal courts located nearest Wilmington, Delaware, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue there.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, any claim must be brought within six (6) months after the event giving rise to the claim or it will be barred.
